Soprano Ursula Maria Kleinecke was born and raised in Mexico, where her interest in music began at an early age.  Inspired by her mother’s beautiful voice and initially taught by her pianist father, she decided at the age of seven that she would grow up to be a singer.  Since then, Miss Kleinecke has resided and performed in north and central America, Europe and Scandinavia, and has received awards at various vocal competitions including regional National Association of Teachers of Singing competitions and the National Metropolitan Opera Auditions competition. Furthermore, she has pursued other interests such as engineering, peer counseling, real estate and ballroom dancing. However, it is her passion for music and its power to move, touch, heal and inspire that is the driving force in her life. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Theory/Composition from the University of the Pacific, and a Master of Music in Vocal Performance and Literature from the Eastman School of Music.  In addition to teaching private voice lessons in Claremont and being an active performer as concert soloist and in recital throughout the globe, Miss Kleinecke is founder of and active participant in the project Make a Joyful Noise!, a program which offers music and music-making opportunities to battered women and children for them to experience harmony and relatedness through music

Marcela Pan, mezzosoprano, is a native of Argentina and has performed in the most preeminent theatersin her homeland, including the Colon Opera House, Teatro San Martin, Centro Experimental de Opera del Teatro Colon and Teatro Argentino de La Plata among others. Her roles have included Dorabella in Cosi fan Tutte, Cherubino in The marriage of Figaro, Ottavia in The Coronation of Poppea, and Rosina in Barber of Seville. She has also appeared regularly in recitals and has sung in numerous oratorios in her country and abroad. In recognition of her talents, Marcela was granted a scholarship by the Colon Opera House Foundation to specialize in Baroque Opera and was also awarded Special Prize of the Jury at the Athens Singing competition.  Marcela is a graduate student in Musicology at UCR, and she regularly performs with UCR Chamber Singers, UCR Collegium  Musicum and the Chamber Music class.

Wayne Shepperd, Bass-Baritone, has performed throughout the United States in recital, opera, and oratorio performances. Wayne has been soloist at the Mormon Tabernacle in Salt Lake City, with the Los Angeles Master Chorale under the direction of Paul Salamunovich, and with the Angeles Chorale under the direction of Donald Neuen.
Wayne is a soloist with the Riverside Symphony and many other Inland Empire performing organizations. He has been a frequent soloist with the California Desert Chorale. He has extensive opera credits with roles in the Los Angeles Music Center Opera productions of Othella, Salome, Tosca, The Tales of Hoffman, and La Fanciulla del West.
Born in Iceland, tenor Reynir Gudmundsson has studied music in his native country, England, Austria, and the United States. As a tenor soloist, has sung in Europe, the Caribbean, and the U.S. He has taught voice and choir at the secondary and college level for many years. Coming to the U.S. on an American-Scandinavian Foundation scholarship, he holds a Masters in Music Education and a doctoral degree in Education, both from Boston University. As a music educator, he founded the Creative Arts Program of Holyoke, MA and an inner-city boys choir in New Haven, CT. He was a performer and executive director of Opera Works, a touring company that brought opera to the schools. Currently he sings with the Mitzelfelt Chorale and is music director at All Saints Episcopal Church in Riverside and at the Campus Hill Church in Lama Linda. He has vocal studios at both churches and is founder/director of the Riverside Little Opera Company.
